Rules of visit

  • Complaints will not be accepted after leaving the cashier.
  • Video films or photographs may be made for personal use in the exhibition area, but the use of a flash is prohibited.
  • It is forbidden to bring balloons, shopping carts or puppies into the exhibition area.
  • The exhibition can also be viewed in a wheelchair or with pram.
  • Caress, feed and touch the animals only in the designated area- e.g. ray caress and feeding with the selected food.

  • Ask all our visitors to take care of themselves and their companions to avoid accidents.
  • Keep clean, dispose of waste in designated containers.
  • Who have left the exhibition area will not be able to return there.
  • Coffee and soft drinks vending machines are available in the exhibition area.
  • Please do not use the flash when shooting, as it may disturb the calm of the animals.
  • In all cases, please do not reach into the animals or disturb them in their place of residence.
  • Please do not drive into the zoo with children’s taxis, toy motorcycles or bicycles.
  • Please do not throw anything at the animals.
  • Please dispose of the rubbish in the designated bins.
  • Please do not smoke in the Tropicarium.
  • Please do not feed the fishes next to the aligator only with that food which you can buy in the are of the Tropicarium, because the animalswill get sick from the unusual food.
  • Please leave your pets at home because we are not able to let any animals into the zoo for the benefit of the residents here.
